Terms of Service

1. Introduction

These Terms of Service ("Agreement") govern the use of VPN services ("the Services") provided through LivingAbroad.tv ("the Website"). By registering and/or using the Services, you ("User," "you," or "your") agree to be bound by this Agreement. You must be at least 18 years of age to use the Services.

2. Registration and User Account

To use the Services, you must register using a valid email address. You agree to keep your registration information current and accurate at all times. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.

3. Free Trial

We offer a free trial to new users. Payment details are required to start the free trial, but you won’t be charged if you cancel before the trial period ends. If you do not cancel before the end of the free trial, your subscription will automatically convert to a paid subscription, and the applicable subscription fee will be charged using the payment method provided.

4. Subscriptions and Payments

After the trial period, subscriptions are available on a monthly or annual basis. All payments are automatically processed upon renewal of your subscription unless you cancel your subscription before the renewal date. Subscription fees are non-refundable unless explicitly decided otherwise at the sole discretion of LivingAbroad.tv.

5. Refund Policy

We offer a 14-day money-back guarantee starting from the end of your free trial. To request a refund within this period, email us at support@livingabroad.tv from the email address used to make the purchase and include your purchase date.

Refund requests must be made within 14 days of the end of the free trial. Refunds aren’t available after this period, including for renewals not cancelled on time.

6. Acceptable Use Policy

You agree not to:

  • Use the Services for any unlawful or prohibited activities, including but not limited to piracy, distribution of illegal content, or violation of intellectual property rights.
  • Allow third parties to access or use your account.
  • Attempt to probe, scan, or breach the security or authentication measures of any network or device.

Violation of these terms may result in immediate termination of your account without refund.

7. Logging Policy

LivingAbroad.tv does not monitor, log, or store user VPN activities or traffic. However, we reserve the right to investigate potential violations of this Agreement if brought to our attention.

8. Changes to Terms

LivingAbroad.tv reserves the right to modify this Agreement at any time. Changes will be posted on the Website. Continued use of the Services after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

9. Disclaimer of Warranty

The Services are provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

10. Limitation of Liability

LivingAbroad.tv’s liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you during the thirty (30) days preceding any claim. In no event shall we be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages.

11. Termination of Services

LivingAbroad.tv reserves the right to terminate your account and access to the Services at our sole discretion, with a 30-day prior written notification to your registered email address.

12. Privacy

Your privacy is important to us. Please refer to our Privacy Policy for information on how we handle your personal data.

13. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

This Agreement shall be governed by the laws of Cyprus. Any disputes arising from or related to this Agreement shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Cyprus.
